I was impressed with what I saw. Initially, I planned to buy just one plot, but seeing that the area was solid and close to the expressway, I decided to purchase three plots. I made an initial payment of 1.8 million naira (600,000 naira per plot) and received a contract of sale, an invoice, and a receipt.
After working hard to complete the payment, I recently paid the balance, bringing the total to 5.7 million naira. I was then given my deed of assignment, and the plots now belong to me.

I am passionate about landed properties and real estate investment. While searching for properties around the Epe Axis, I needed to ensure the reliability of the people I was dealing with. A friend recommended Jaytwin Properties, so I looked them up online and got in contact. Their office is located around Abraham Adesanya, so I paid them a visit to discuss my interest.
